On January 30, 2008, the Governor and Executive Council unanimously approved changing the name of our college in Claremont and Keene from New Hampshire Community Technical College to River Valley Community College. This new name signifies that we have truly become a comprehensive community college offering educational opportunities over a wide range of technical, career, professional and liberal arts programs. This transition was completed July 1, 2008. We hope you share our excitement over this important development in the growth of the college!
