OUR MISSION
To provide academic and career support to the college community. Our efforts focus on empowering individuals to become interdependent, self-directed lifelong learners. The Department provides a variety of services, resources and tools to enable individuals to pursue educational goals.

English as a Second Language (ESL) - by appointment.

Alternative Testing Center

The Testing Center is a monitored way for students to make-up quizzes, tests, and exams, Open weekly on Wednesday from 12:30-2:00p.m. Arrangements for testing services must be arranged through the student's instructor.

Computer Assisted Instruction

PLATO Learning Lab, self-paced computerized instruction to build, practice, and review basic and intermediate skills in math, science, writing and reading. Individually designed plans.

MASTER TUTORS

Individual and study groups. Qualified professionals in many subject areas.

PEER TUTORS

One on one and study groups in a variety of courses. Drop-in scheduled hours and by arrangement with tutor & student. Tutors are arranged by Paul Shykula, Assistant Professor. He is located in room 236 and can be reached at 603-542-7744 x403.
